When you purchase the ExAC Study Guide, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we never store card details). We do not collect browsing data, run advertising trackers, or sell your information to third parties.

Your email is used solely to deliver your purchase, provide access to the study guide, and notify you of significant updates to the content. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in separately, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Data storage
Purchase records and account information are stored securely and retained for accounting and customer support purposes. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us directly.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This collects anonymized usage data — pages visited, session duration, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
